Event & Vendor Details

Expected Traffic/Crowd: Average of 500 people on a flow.
This event will be hosted with Chef Challenge by many restaurants on & around the mall!
Vendor Type & Size: There will be 50+ artists & vendors with lots of artists throughout the property.
For Craft Fair, we have 24 vendor spaces available.
Types of Vendors Allowed: Craft realted Vendors; must NOT conflict with any stores on site [Directory of stores on site]
Only one vendor of each brand will be permitted in order to prevent conflict.
Vendor Space: 6ft x 4ft Space.  6ft Table & a chair will be provided.
White Table Cloth is provided and must NOT be covered.  Vendor can bring your own runner.
Setup Time: Setup starts at 12PM, All Booths must be show ready by 1:40 PM.
Food & Drinks Vendors: Pre-packaged food & drinks are allowed with proper health permit, submit itemized list before the event.
Vendor Donation: $40 Donation to Diaper Aid of OC is required for all vendors (includes one parking stamp, $9 value)
Deadline: 1st round of registration is now complete.
Any remaining spots will be reserved first come first serve basis.

Terms & Conditions.  All our events are on Rain or Shine unless we make announcement otherwise.  Electricity is not guaranteed and any cost involved in providing electricity will be passed on to you.  We reserve right to refuse or cancel vendor at any time for any reason.  If we cancel your registration, you will get the full refund.  Otherwise your required donation is non-refundable.  If you cancel before the event, we may offer you 50% credit toward our next event.  Please note that this credit will void if you decided to attend next event and it will not be valid for any future events.  In order to register, you must complete registration and contract before your booth can be assigned.
