| Expected Detail: | Family Friendly event with FUN ZONE (FREE) for kids, Beer Garden, LIVE music, Dance, Cultural performance, Food, Dessert, Craft & Art vendors & more! Expected crowd of 2,000+ people. Promoted by GardenWalk, Rumba, & City of Anaheim!
This venue does have metered parking lot but VENDORS & GUESTS will get FREE PARKING on the day of the event. |

If what you do is not listed within ‘Types of Vendors Allowed’, please ASK/comment below to make sure your application will be accepted BEFORE making a deposit & applying. | Types of Vendors Allowed: | All types of Craft & Boutique Vendors are welcome. We do allow MLM / Independent Consultants but there should be NO recruiting on site. We only allow one vendor per brand.
This is Family Friendly event and all displayed content, product, signage, & offering must be PG-13. Sorry, we currently do not allow CBD or Vitamins at this moment. No vendors with political, religious or similar focus would be accepted as we try to create event where everyone is welcome. IF YOU ARE NOT 100% sure if you’d be accepted, ASK FIRST using comment field below, please include link where we can see the product/services you offer. |
| Food & Drinks Vendors: | We Want Diverse Food Vendors! Hot Food, Pre-packaged food (cottage license or similar) & drinks. WE WANT CARNIVAL FOOD – Cotton Candy, Kettle Corn, Shaved Ice & ETC!
MUST be able to comply with all required Temporary Food Permit requirement. If doing hot food, liability insurance is required as well. (1 day insurance ok) Please check list BEFORE applying to make sure your food type is not taken. We will NOT allow duplicate vendors that offer same thing. If similar, please ASK first. |
| Selection Process: | Only one vendor of each brand will be permitted in order to prevent conflict. If multiple vendors sign up for same brand, it’ll be decided based on first come, first serve. The organizer has the right to select vendors as they see fit to the particular event. |
| Vendor Space: | You will be responsible for furnishing the booth including Table, Chairs, Canopy (optional) & etc. All tables much have tablecloth.
There’s limited access to electricity and may subject to extra charge. Food vendors will get access to electricity per request. For evening events, vendors will need lights for their booths. (Energy efficient LED / CFL bulbs only to prevent power shortage) We HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing Battery Powered lights. All extension cables MUST BE covered with rugs or duck tape to prevent trip hazard. |
| Setup Time: | Setup starts at 2 Hour Prior to the Event Start Time. All Booths must be show ready by 20 Min prior to the event! |
| How to Apply: | Click on link below for the date you want to apply. EACH event will require a separate application. When applying to be a vendor, you will be required to pay your vendor fee. Afterward, please follow instruction listed on the email receipt you get for making a deposit. Otherwise all deposit is non-refundable.
Once you apply & get accepted (listed below), you’ll get group emails to gain access to ‘SERVICE KIT’ where you can complete contract and get event details for vendors. |

Check Confirmed Vendor List at the BOTTOM of the page BEFORE applying for duplicates. If you apply for a Brand that’s already on the list, you will be auto-rejected. If there’s vendor that’s similar to what you do, please check with us first using comment section below. If you are interested in being on wait-list for a brand that’s ‘Pending’, please comment below to be wait-listed. After making deposit, Be Sure to fill out VENDOR information using Link within the Receipt Email to complete the registration process. You can check your application status LIVE below using Confirmed Vendor List

- How to check STATUS of your application: Vendor List BELOW is the Most Current information we have available. Once your application has been received, it will be listed below PENDING list automatically. Once approved, it’ll move to ‘CONFIRMED’ vendor list. Once you are confirmed, you’ll be included in group email we send to all approved vendors for next steps such as Service Kit & Contract. You MUST complete Contract to be assigned a booth space. This email will come from ccf@clearcharity.org or inquiry@clearcharity.org

We reserve right to refuse or cancel vendor at any time for any reason. If we cancel your registration, we will provide you with full refund on vendor donation. Otherwise your vendor donation is non-refundable once submitted.

IS THERE ANY FREE PARKING FOR CUSTOMERS? IS THERE ANY CLOSE PARKING FOR DISABLED?
There is no free parking, but guests can get their parking pass validated at select shops & restaurants from GardenWalk. There is disabled parking and escalators/elevators as well
Handicapped Parking Handicapped parking is available on all levels of the parking structure. Please ask upon entering the structure if they can direct you to the nearest available spot. To find handicapped accessible entrances, please follow these directions upon parking: If you parked on the closest to Katella Ave: • Proceed to the south elevator then exit Level 1 to be on the Main Level.
